Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the Cape Diamond Hotel. While the location is fantastic, right near many restaurants and attractions, I encountered a serious cleanliness issue that left me frustrated. The staff were great, always willing to help, and the room renovations make for a modern feel, but the issue with pests really overshadowed my stay. It's a great value for money if cleanliness is prioritized.
I found this hotel to be a great find for its value and proximity to key spots like the train station. The rooms were comfortable but be sure to request one away from the elevator if you're light sleeper. While the staff were super helpful and kind, the breakfast options could use more variety and better quality. Overall, it's a good choice for the price, but don’t expect a lavish breakfast experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying clean and spacious rooms with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly made the difference with their exceptional hospitality. However, the noise from the garage was quite disruptive at times. Overall, it was great value for money and conveniently located in the heart of the city.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location was the only redeeming quality, as it was conveniently close to many attractions. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, and the room I was given was not the same as the one shown on their website. Overall, I don’t think I would return here.
I had a pleasant stay at this well-appointed hotel located downtown, which is perfect for a quick city escape. The staff, including Siya at the reception and Noxi in the restaurant, were attentive and professional, making my experience enjoyable. However, the breakfast rush can be overwhelming at peak times. Overall, it offers good value for money and is close to several attractions.
